Yes. Diamond-burr engraving physically removes glass from the surface, so the design becomes part of the piece. It cannot fade, peel or wash off — even in the dishwasher, though we still recommend gentle hand-washing for the finest crystal.
Absolutely. Many clients send through an existing decanter, flute or vase with sentimental value. We will inspect it, agree placement with you and engrave it directly. Just be aware we can't guarantee against pre-existing flaws in the glass.
We engrave lead crystal, soda-lime glass, borosilicate, decanters, tumblers, stemware, vases, perfume bottles, picture frames and corporate award blanks. If you're unsure, send a photo and we'll advise.
Most private commissions take 7–14 working days from approval of the proof. Larger corporate runs of 20+ pieces typically take 3–4 weeks. Rush orders may be considered for an additional fee.
Pricing depends on the complexity of the design, the number of pieces and whether glassware is supplied. A simple monogram on a single tumbler starts around £45; full crests and corporate runs are quoted individually. Every quote includes the hand-drawn proof.
Yes — we ship UK-wide using insured, tracked courier services. Each piece is wrapped in tissue, placed in a presentation box and packed with extensive protection. International shipping is available on request.
Yes. Please send a high-resolution vector (.svg, .ai, .eps or .pdf). We will translate it into a hand-cut version and proof it back to you before any work begins.
